The Royal Society of Medicine is an independent, apolitical, charitable organisation, founded over 200 years ago. It is one of the largest providers of continuing medical education in the UK.
I have been a member since 1994
In 2001 I was Founding President of the Black & Ethnic Minority Health section. I have organised several educational meetings. I am currently on the board of the management committee of the section as the Honorary Treasurer.
